After a conversation with our regenerative farmer friends last year, I started looking for good quality olive oil. I was impressed by your story and ordered a three pack. I love all of them but the mesquite infused oil makes us swoon. Scrambled eggs. A drizzle in the bottom of a bowl and add any kind of soup. I haven't put it in coffee yet but I may! Great products!

I was anxious to try a true American olive oil. Unfortunately, I was not that impressed. I've been buying high quality olive oils from all around the world through a subscription service. It is fairly expensive, but the olive oils have been very impressive. The Texana brand does not meaure up very well in terms of the polyphenol impact when directly compared to these olive oils from Italy, France, Spain, Israel, Chile, and Australia.

The flavor in this oil definitely comes through in a big way!!! I roasted a whole Cauliflower cut it into four wedges each piece was well covered with Texana cajun heat olive oil which works great as a Binder to hold the tri color pepper and pink Himalayan salt that I grind Generously over the four wedges!!! Let me tell you I’ve been making oven roasted cauliflower for years but it’s never been as tasty and delicious as it was after using Texana Cajun heat olive oil!! GAME CHANGER!!!!

I struggled with finding an olive oil that doesn't have an overwhelming olive taste, as I don't like olives! However, I do like the benefits of good olive oil and when I saw the garlic-infused oil, I had to try it. This is now my go-to for cooking and for my salad dressing... it's so delicious it needs nothing added to it for a flavorful, healthy pile of salad greens!
